Housing On Aruba

If you plan to life on Aruba, you need a place to stay. There are several options you can choose from.

You can rent an apartment or a house. When you rent an apartment mostly they are furnished and the electricity, water and gas are included. Telephone usually is not. This is not always the case when you rent a house.

You can also buy property but if you need a mortgage loan on the island you need to have work and money because you can never get 100% financing. Depending on the property you want to buy you can get between 50% and 80% financing and the interest is about 11% (this can differ from bank to bank).
